But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto the LORD. ;2Cor 2.15
For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: ;Efes 5.2

And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. ;Iov 14.4
Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one. ;Iov 15.14
What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous? ;Ps 51.5
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. ;Ier 17.9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? ;Mat 15.19
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: ;Rom 1.31
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: ;Rom 3.23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ;Gen 9.11-15
And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. ;
