11. To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.

12. He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.
Neem 4.15
And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall, every one unto his work. ;Ps 33.10
The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. ;Isa 8.10
Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us. ;

13. He taketh the wise in their own craftiness: and the counsel of the froward is carried headlong.

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. ;

14. They meet with darkness in the day time, and grope in the noonday as in the night.
Deut 28.29
And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee. ;Isa 59.10
We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men. ;Amos 8.9
And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day: ;

15. But he saveth the poor from the sword, from their mouth, and from the hand of the mighty.

All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him? ;1Sam 2.9
He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail. ;

16. So the poor hath hope, and iniquity stoppeth her mouth.

The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth. ;

17. Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:

Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law; ;Prov 3.11-12
My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: ;Evr 12.5
And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: ;Iac 1.12
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. ;Apoc 3.19
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. ;

18. For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole.

The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. ;Isa 30.26

19. He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee.

20. In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword.

To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. ;Ps 37.19
They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. ;
