1. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Gen 1.6
And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. ;Isa 40.22
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: ;Rom 1.19-20
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. ;

2. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

3. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

4. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
Rom 10.18
But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world. ;

5. Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose. ;

6. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

7. The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
Ps 111.7
The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure. ;

8. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
Ps 12.6
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. ;Ps 13.3
Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death; ;

9. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

10. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Ps 119.72-127
The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver. ;Prov 8.10-19
Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. ;Ps 119.103
