11. As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:
Ex 19.4Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself. ;
Deut 1.31And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the LORD thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place. ;
Isa 31.5As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it. ;
Isa 46.4And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you. ;

Isa 51.13And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor? ;
2Sam 22.47The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation. ;
Ps 89.26He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. ;
Ps 95.1O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. ;
SMS 16. They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.
1Imp 14.22And Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked him to jealousy with their sins which they had committed, above all that their fathers had done. ;
1Cor 10.22Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he? ;
SMS 17. They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

Isa 17.10Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips: ;
Ier 2.32Can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people have forgotten me days without number. ;
SMS 19. And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
Jud 2.14And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies. ;

SMS 20. And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.
Deut 31.17Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? ;
Isa 30.9That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD: ;
Mat 17.17Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. ;
