1. Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.
Efes 6.9
And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. ;

2. Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
Luc 18.1
And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; ;Rom 12.12
Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; ;Efes 6.18

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. ;Col 3.15

3. Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
Efes 6.19
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, ;2Tes 3.1
Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: ;1Cor 16.9
For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries. ;2Cor 2.12
Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord, ;Mat 13.11
He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. ;1Cor 4.1
Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. ;Efes 6.19
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, ;Col 1.26
Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: ;Col 2.2
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; ;Efes 6.20
For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. ;Filip 1.7
Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace. ;

4. That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

5. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
Efes 5.15
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, ;1Tes 4.12
That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing. ;Efes 5.16
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. ;

6. Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
Col 3.16
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. ;Marc 9.50
Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another. ;1Pet 3.15
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: ;

7. All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:

But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things: ;

8. Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;

Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts. ;

9. With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.

10. Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister's son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)
