1. Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. ;2Tes 2.3
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; ;2Tim 3.1
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. ;2Pet 3.3
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, ;1Ioan 2.18
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. ;1Pet 1.20

For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. ;Dan 11.35-38
And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed. ;Apoc 9.20
And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: ;SMS

2. Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
Mat 7.15
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. ;Rom 16.18
For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. ;SMS

3. Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
1Cor 7.28-38
But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you. ;Col 2.20-21
Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, ;Evr 13.4
Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. ;Rom 14.3-17
Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him. ;1Cor 8.8
But meat commendeth us not to God: for neither, if we eat, are we the better; neither, if we eat not, are we the worse. ;Gen 1.29
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. ;Gen 9.3
Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. ;Rom 14.6
He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks. ;1Cor 10.30
For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks? ;SMS

4. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

5. For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

6. If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
2Tim 3.14-15
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; ;SMS

7. But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
1Tim 1.4
Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do. ;1Tim 6.20
O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: ;2Tim 2.16-23
But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. ;2Tim 4.4
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. ;Tit 1.14
Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth. ;Evr 5.14
But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. ;SMS

8. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
1Cor 8.8

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh. ;1Tim 6.6
But godliness with contentment is great gain. ;Ps 37.4
Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. ;Ps 84.11
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. ;Ps 112.2-3
His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. ;Ps 145.19
He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. ;Mat 6.33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. ;Mat 19.29
And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. ;Marc 10.30
But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. ;Rom 8.28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ;SMS

9. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
1Tim 1.15
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. ;SMS

10. For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace; ;1Tim 6.17
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; ;Ps 36.6
