11. Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

12. What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: ;

13. Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

16. The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
Lev 17.10
And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people. ;Ier 44.11
Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will set my face against you for evil, and to cut off all Judah. ;Amos 9.4
And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good. ;Prov 10.7
The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot. ;

17. The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
Ps 34.6-19

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. ;

18. The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. ;Isa 57.15

19. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

20. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
