1. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
Ps 101.1I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing. ;
Ps 119.89For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. ;
2. For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
3. I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,
1Imp 8.16Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build an house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel. ;

10. Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.
