1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8.4
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ;Gal 5.16-25
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. ;

2. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. ;Gal 2.19

O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? ;

3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Fapt 13.39
And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. ;Rom 3.20
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. ;Evr 7.18-19
For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. ;Evr 10.1-14
For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. ;2Cor 5.21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. ;Gal 3.13
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: ;

4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

6. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. ;Rom 8.13
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. ;Gal 6.8
For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. ;

7. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
Iac 4.4
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. ;1Cor 2.14

8. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? ;Ioan 3.34

Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. ;

10. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
