1. I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,
Rom 1.9
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; ;2Cor 1.23
Moreover I call God for a record upon my soul, that to spare you I came not as yet unto Corinth. ;2Cor 11.31

2. That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.
Rom 10.1
Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. ;SMS

3. For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:

4. Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;
Deut 7.6
For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. ;Ex 4.22
And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn: ;Deut 14.1
Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead. ;Ier 31.9

Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. ;Evr 8.8-10
For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: ;Ps 147.19
He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. ;Evr 9.1
Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary. ;Fapt 13.32
And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, ;Rom 3.2
Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. ;Efes 2.12
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: ;SMS

5. Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
Deut 10.15
Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day. ;Rom 11.28
As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes. ;Luc 3.23
And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli, ;Rom 1.3
Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; ;Ier 23.6
In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. ;Ioan 1.1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ;Fapt 20.28
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. ;SMS

6. Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
Num 23.19
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? ;Rom 3.3
For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? ;Ioan 8.39
They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. ;Rom 2.28-29
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: ;Rom 4.12-16
And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised. ;Gal 6.16
And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. ;SMS

7. Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Gal 4.23
But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. ;Gen 21.12
And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called. ;Evr 11.18
Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called: ;SMS

8. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
Gal 4.28
Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. ;SMS

9. For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.
Gen 18.10-14
And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. ;SMS

10. And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
Gen 25.21
And Isaac entreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was entreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. ;SMS
