1. Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
Mat 5.45-48
That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. ;Luc 6.36
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. ;Efes 4.32
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. ;
2. And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
Ioan 13.34
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. ;Ioan 15.12
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. ;1Tes 4.9
But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another. ;1Ioan 3.11-23
For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. ;1Ioan 4.21
And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. ;Gal 1.4
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: ;Gal 2.20

By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. ;1Ioan 3.16
Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. ;Gen 8.21

For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: ;
3. But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
Rom 6.13
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. ;1Cor 6.18
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. ;2Cor 12.21

Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: ;1Tes 4.3
For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: ;1Cor 5.1
It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife. ;
4. Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Mat 12.35
A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. ;Efes 4.29
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. ;Rom 1.28
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; ;1Cor 6.9
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, ;Gal 5.19-21
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, ;
5. For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Col 3.5
Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: ;1Tim 6.17
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; ;Gal 5.21

6. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Ier 29.8
For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. ;Mat 24.4
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. ;Col 2.4-18
And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words. ;2Tes 2.3
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; ;Rom 1.18
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; ;Efes 2.2
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: ;
7. Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
8. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
Isa 9.2
The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. ;Mat 4.16
The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. ;Fapt 26.18
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. ;Rom 1.21
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. ;Efes 2.11-12
Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; ;Efes 4.18
Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: ;Tit 3.3
For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. ;1Pet 2.9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light; ;Ioan 8.12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. ;Ioan 12.46
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. ;2Cor 3.18
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. ;2Cor 4.6
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. ;1Tes 5.5
Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. ;1Ioan 2.9
He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. ;Luc 16.8
And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light. ;Ioan 12.36
While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. ;
9. (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Gal 5.22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, ;
10. Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
Rom 12.2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. ;Filip 1.10
That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ. ;1Tes 5.21
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. ;1Tim 2.3
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; ;
