1. When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favor in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: ;Mat 19.7
They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? ;Marc 10.4
And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. ;SMS

2. And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.

3. And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;

4. Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
Ier 3.1
They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD. ;SMS

5. When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.

6. No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge.

7. If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.
Ex 21.16
And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death. ;Deut 19.19
Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you. ;SMS

8. Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.
Lev 13.2
When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons the priests: ;Lev 14.2
This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest: ;SMS

9. Remember what the LORD thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt.
