1. Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you.
Lev 19.37
Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD. ;Lev 20.8

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. ;Ps 111.10
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever. ;Prov 1.7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. ;SMS
7. For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?
2Sam 7.23
And what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods? ;Ps 46.1
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ;Ps 145.18
The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. ;Ps 148.14
He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD. ;Isa 55.6
Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: ;SMS
8. And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?
