1. In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. ;Marc 8.15
And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod. ;Mat 16.12
Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. ;

2. For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
Mat 10.26
Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. ;Marc 4.22
For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. ;Luca 8.17
For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. ;

3. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.

4. And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
Isa 51.7-13
Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings. ;Ier 1.8
Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD. ;Mat 10.28

5. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

6. Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?

7. But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

8. Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:
Mat 10.32
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. ;Marc 8.38
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. ;2Tim 2.12
If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: ;1Ioan 2.23
Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. ;

9. But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

10. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Mat 12.31-32
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. ;Marc 3.28
Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: ;1Ioan 5.16
If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. ;
