1. Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:
Deut 4.1
Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you. ;Deut 5.31
But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it. ;Deut 12.1
These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth. ;
2. That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
Ex 20.20
And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not. ;Deut 10.12-13
And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, ;Ps 111.10
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever. ;Ps 128.1
Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways. ;Ecl 12.13
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. ;Deut 4.40
Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, for ever. ;Prov 3.1-2
My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: ;
3. Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.
Gen 15.5
And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. ;Gen 22.17
That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; ;Ex 3.8
And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites. ;
4. Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
Isa 42.8
I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. ;Marc 12.29-32
And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: ;1Cor 8.4-6
As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. ;
5. And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Deut 10.12
And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, ;Mat 22.37

Deut 11.18
Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. ;Deut 32.46
And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. ;Ps 37.31
The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide. ;Ps 40.8
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. ;Ps 119.11-98
Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. ;Prov 3.3
Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: ;Isa 51.7
Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings. ;
7. And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Deut 4.9
Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons; ;Deut 11.19
And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. ;Ps 78.4-6
We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. ;Efes 6.4
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. ;
8. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
Ex 13.9-16
And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD's law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt. ;Deut 11.18

10. And it shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,
Ios 24.13
And I have given you a land for which ye did not labor, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat. ;Ps 105.44
And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people; ;
