1. Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
2Cor 13.11
Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. ;SMS

2. Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
Isa 56.10
His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. ;Gal 5.15
But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. ;2Cor 11.13
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. ;Rom 2.28
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: ;Gal 5.2
Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. ;SMS

3. For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
Deut 10.16
Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. ;Deut 30.6
And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live. ;Ier 4.4
Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. ;Rom 2.29
But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. ;Rom 4.11-12
And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: ;Col 2.11
In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: ;Ioan 4.23-24
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. ;Rom 7.6
But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. ;Gal 6.14
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. ;SMS

4. Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:

Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also. ;SMS

5. Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;
Gen 17.12
And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed. ;2Cor 11.22
Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I. ;Rom 11.1
I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. ;2Cor 11.22

But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question. ;Fapt 26.4-5
My manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews; ;SMS

6. Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
Fapt 22.3
I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day. ;Gal 1.13-14
For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: ;Fapt 8.3
As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison. ;Fapt 9.1
And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, ;Rom 10.5
For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. ;Luc 1.6

7. But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
Mat 13.44
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field. ;SMS

8. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
Isa 53.11
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. ;Ier 9.23-24
Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: ;Ioan 17.3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. ;1Cor 2.2
For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. ;Col 2.2
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; ;SMS

9. And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
Rom 10.3-5
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. ;Rom 1.17
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. ;Rom 3.21-22
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; ;Rom 9.30
What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. ;Rom 10.3-6
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. ;Gal 2.16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. ;SMS

10. That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Rom 6.3-5
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? ;Rom 8.17
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. ;2Cor 4.10-11
Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. ;2Tim 2.11-12
It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: ;1Pet 4.13
But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. ;SMS
